Hampton Inn & Suites Duncanville Dallas

We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn by Hilton & Suites Duncanville Dallas, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming; exactly what you hope for when traveling. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh options that made our mornings easy and enjoyable. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay very relaxing. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Positive: Clean, well decorated, good staff Negative: King bed was horrible. It’s a shame because otherwise this is a 9/10 hotel. Mattress was hard and obviously old and squeaky. Turned a 9/10 rating into 2/10 due to bad sleep.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting son. The rooms are nice and clean and all the facilities also seem clean. Breakfast was sufficient, not bad, but not great. Nice that they offer free waters, which coming handy during the hot summers. My biggest disappointment was the employees at the front desk. We saw probably 5 or 6 different people working the front desk and not one of them ever greeted us, with a good morning, good evening or even a hi. The cleaning staff on the other hand was friendly and helpful. Will probably return due to the location and cleanliness, but I hope they better train their front desk employees.

I’ve called a couple of times asking to speak to management about an application I submitted. And the young lady in the morning Never states her name when she answers the phone. Asked me what position I applied for, then proceeded to tell me “That Position is not Available”. Unprofessional!! Considering she’s not a supervisor or manager and Should Not be turning away applicants. I Called back and spoke to manager (Gracie or Daisy), she took my info and Advised me there would be an opening soon. HENCE why the position was posted . Called today 11/18 to follow up with management, and the same young lady answered the phone Not stating her name. We went around in circles about who was Manager on duty! She said management isn’t there today…Ok, I asked for a supervisor instead. “There is not

Rooms kind of clean for the area. When we checked in the gentleman was very helpful. The following morning I was treated with total lack of respect and terrible attitude. Wendy treated us like dirt, just because I asked for butter and the manager should hear from customers that would be a good idea. Wendy told us repeatedly there is no manager. She had the challenging and disrespectful attitude. I wanted to settle my folio and she said I’ve should have done it last night. Terrible attitude! We are not coming back and reading the reviews, we know there is a bad trend here. Stay away from this hotel in my opinion!!!
