Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Duncanville

I stayed in room 218 from 2/6/26-2/9/26. The first day of check-in I noticed that I had not chose an accessible shower for my elder mom. The woman (African American)at the front desk was helpful and pleasant and accommodating for my moms needs as well. Sorry I don’t remember her name but very beautiful inside and out. On another occasion I had to book the room for an extra day. Thank god for Jeremy, he immediately took care of the situation and extended my stay for another day and I didn’t have to change rooms. Thank you Jeremy you are the best. If I ever visit Texas again I will be booking my stay here. Staff very nice and polite.

Positive: The size of the rooms are great Negative: The manager is rude and arrogant, would not give me a good weekly rate when I'm in town for three months I guess he would rather have the hotel half empty all week

TO ANYONE THT FREQUENT THIS HOTEL…..DONT!!!! We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Duncanville 2/7/26 and wasn’t there not even an hour when the front desk clerk called the room asking if the Corvette tht was parked in the VIP area which is located right in the front, belonged to us…After verifying that it was indeed our vehicle, we were told the window had been broken out and that the Duncanville police had already been alerted and was outside waiting for us to come down to assess the damage. Once we got up and went down to see the damage that was done, we were both in shocked. The front desk clerk that was on duty tht night did his job and we greatly appreciate him but the overall experience was horrible bkuz the next morning before we left, RC went down to get breakfast for us and called

I want to give a honest review so I can explain why this score was given. For a few years I stayed at the Hampton Inn which is almost next door. But recently after staying there I realized a change needed to be made. It is extremely important for me to have professional service a clean room and safe and quiet place. Under the management at the time this was not the case. After planning on visiting the Hilton Garden Inn I decided my next visit I would try this location. First of all I was greet by Jeremy who was so pleasant, friendly and funny. That was my first positive, Secondly he made sure to accommodate us on our request WITHOUT hesitation. Then I met Matilda, I believe that was her name, I received the same superior service, last but not least Nicole again same superior service. I r

The front desk personnel, Nichole and Adriann were Very inviting and friendly. We had a long drive and it was great to have available food on site. Cecilia who served us was a gem! Polite and friendly and attentive to all of our needs. A sweet person! We give this site a thumbs up as to personnel. The rooms are acceptable but my window looked out to a enormous condensing unit about 12 inch away. “Room w a view”!!! The window didn’t lock but we figured only ‘skinny’ buglers could get in! My husband finally was able to secure (bent the lock) the window to prevent any skinny burglars who might come along!!! Over all we recommend this facility. Perhaps the condensing unit was considered an extra security feature! (:
