Was cool going in the room trash the building trash lobby is the only nice part about it. They say they accept service animals my senior veteran Dad was there 5 days and they liked him out saying they don't accept them when there is a sticker on the door says they do booking says they do where are the top it all off you going to have a guy that's not security or an officer come to the door with his hand on a gun but it's cool cuz I went ahead and filed some stuff but everybody else out there I would not even waste y'all's money or time

My stay at the Capital O Hotel was absolutely terrible. There were roaches in the shower curtain and on the bathroom ceiling, and the window curtains were filthy. The blankets and sheets had holes from smoking in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. There were random stains throughout the room, and the TV didn’t work at all. Every day, we had to constantly get our room keys reactivated. Children were running up and down the halls, and there was a strong body odor smell everywhere. The room didn’t have a fridge or microwave, and the communal microwave near the smoking area was filthy, with what appeared to be a brown liquid pooled at the bottom. Don’t let the reviews or the front lobby of this place fool you! Upon arrival the front lobby was definitely four stars and seemed to be a nice place. Checking in was easy and not a problem. Parked on the side of the establishment and noticed multiple homeless people hanging around while several individuals sat in their car smoking weed. Made my way inside and observed food scattered on the floor up and down the hallways. Carpet was pulled away from the walls in the hallways. Hallways were hazy with the smell of marijuana smoke and dimly lit. Made it to my room where I found the bed had stains on it and the carpet was dirty. Found multiple dead roaches in the room along with a live one in the bathroom. At about 11:30pm the smoke alarm in the entire building goes off due to smoke inside one

Terrible place. Staff was amazing but the place needs some love. Dont be fooled by how good the front desk and pictures. Looks like everything aged 20 years and no one touched or cleaned it. Carpets dingy, paint chipped on walls, trash in the corners, smells like smoke, matress filthy, faucet running constantly, classic motel.
