I had an excellent experience thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Rachel. I was unfamiliar with the area and got a little lost on my way to the hotel. When I called for assistance, Rachel stayed on the phone with me to make sure I arrived safely. Her patience, professionalism, and genuinely caring attitude made a world of difference after a long day of traveling. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by how clean and welcoming the hotel was. The lobby had a fresh, pleasant smell, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. Reservatio made this summer to stay during TMN annual meeting. When I called the day of the reservation the hotel had lost the reservation. When I asked if they were full they said yes. The person offered no help in recommending another place or trying to see if there were any cancelations. Nothing. Long story short I left early drove home and then up at 4 am to drive back the next day. Perhaps in a college town they don’t really need to care about their customers or the problems they may cause. I am sure there are good folks working here and I just experienced two bad one in a row

My first impression wasn't great, and then the stay got better. There was a bit of body odor smell throughout, the hotel was freezing, and my room was freezing (a/c set on 66). It was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The TV guide did not work, so I had to go channel by channel to find what I wanted to watch. They were out of coffee at breakfast. When I told the nice lady working the front desk, she reported it to the breakfast staff, and made me a coffee instead of making me wait. I really appreciated that. Check-out was easy. Parking is free and plentiful, which is great, and there are some restaurants nearby, making the location convenient.

We were there Oct. 15, 2025. The desk staff were patient and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was very impressed with this facility’s breakfast room. We’re on a Texas road trip and stayed at multiple Holiday Inns. This Inn has a crockpot of oatmeal along with the fixings which I was very pleased with. I like warm milk and the desk staff suggested I use the microwave in their store area! The other stops we made were not even close to being this helpful. I highly recommend this Inn.

We had an emergency and ended up at this location for a couple nights. Miguel made the entire process so easy and stress free after a very stressful day. He went above and beyond also to set us up with an extra night.
