Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clermont SE – West Orlando by IHG

This stay was completely unacceptable and far below the standards expected from a Holiday Inn Express. From the moment I arrived, the room had multiple major issues. The bathtub would not drain, making it unusable, and the room had significant electrical problems, with outlets not working at all. These are basic maintenance and safety concerns that should never be overlooked. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. There was almost nothing available, and when I politely asked a staff member if more eggs could be prepared, the response was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This hotel represented “America” for us in many ways, as it was our very first hotel during our first trip to the United States. The scale and distances were impressive. One thing we really liked was that the property offers various on-site activities, which kept us busy for a couple of days when we wanted a break from the theme parks. There are gas BBQ stations on the property, and a couple of supermarkets are located nearby. Breakfast was standard but quite generous, and we enjoyed it. Overall, the hotel itself was comfortable and convenient. However, there was one major downside: the timeshare presentation promoted through the attractions desk at the front desk. We were told they could help us get cheaper Disney tickets if we attended a 90-minute presentation, with no obligation to bu

Positive: Very clean overall! The room was also very spacious and comfortable beds. Negative: The breakfast was decent, eggs were watery and only 1 out of 2 pancake machines were working. Warm options included scrambled eggs, sausage patties, has browns and pancakes.

Book this hotel for a weekend trip. The hotel is inside a resort and it has various pool, a mini golf a small kids water park among other amenities. The room and area were clean but the the bathtub needs to be change or improve. It was leaking water the entire time and it had water marks around it. The room had a small microwave and a mini fridge which is nice. The employees were very nice. I would stay here again due to the amenities included with your stay. ||

We are IHG Platnium members. We were so excited to stay here for all our future Disney trips, as it had close proximity to the parks, free parking, laundry, and other amenities on the resort grounds it is part of. When we walked in, I noticed it even had a water refill station for our bottles, but then our excitement ended very quickly, leading to this 1 star review. When we arrived, no one was at the desk, and after waiting about 5 minutes, the guy at the "time share" desk messaged the front desk worker. We get our room, and then we were told we had to go to the time share desk to get our parking permit, and we told him we have a Disney party we had to get to quickly, and he kept on trying to sell us on the resort amenities and such. We had a full trip planned and mentioned several times
