Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati NE - Redbank

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express in Cincinnati. The place was clean and comfortable. The front desk lady, Mushtari, was extremely kind and helpful — she is the best! The gentleman at the front desk was also very nice to me and my family. We really appreciated the warm hospitality. Thank you!

I'm traveling for work and have stayed at this property for, get ready, 12 straight weeks. Clean and great customer service. The free breakfast even has great options - warm cinnamon buns, greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit.

This was my first day at the Holiday inn suites/express. I was very impressed. I was able to get my military discount for a extended stay. I was there on a family emergency and was treated very kindly and generously by the staff. I was surprised at the breakfast that was offered. The food was always good and fresh and plentiful. The room was clean and the bed was very very comfortable. I will definitely stay here in the future when visiting family.

This is a really clean, newly renovated, quiet hotel with a good hot breakfast, that is well stocked. The gym is OK. It has some treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells, and benches, and one non-spin bike. The pool was closed and it is not nearly as big as the picture makes it appear. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

We called and made a reservation on March 5. When we called, we asked the agent if they are pet friendly and explained that we had a small dog AND a cat and specifically asked if they also allow cats. The agent said yes they do and made a reservation for us. We arrived at the hotel and I went inside to check in. Two employees were sitting at a table in the lobby and after a minute or two, one finally got up and came to help me. I explained we had a reservation, my adult daughter came in with her 20 pound dog, on a leash and walking by her side with perfect manners. The employee immediately and rudely asked, “is that a service dog?” I replied no she is not. He rudely snapped back at my daughter, “excuse me ma’am, but we don’t allow dogs here.
