I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. My room had a strong odor that smelled like a hamster cage, which made it very uncomfortable. Because of this and the ongoing issues I encountered, I ultimately decided to check out a day early. Additionally, a personal item was taken from my room by housekeeping, likely under the assumption that it belonged to the hotel. I spoke with the front desk on three separate days regarding this issue. Each time, they told me they would leave a note for management to contact me and asked again for my phone number — despite me already providing it multiple times. I needed a hotel that was close to the highway because I was visiting my family in different areas. The location of the hotel made it very convenient to get to and from everyone and it was a happy medium. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean. Even with it being under renovation I didn’t hear any noise and was able to sleep peacefully every night. The breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. I definitely recommend this location to everyone.

I witnessed one of the most shocking and unsanitary incidents at a hotel that I’ve ever seen. It happened at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Westampton, New Jersey, located at 18 Western Drive. While I was distracted on my phone, I saw the cleaning staff enter the room. To my horror, I watched the maid use the same rag to wipe down the toilet, then immediately use it to clean the sink—without changing it. I was stunned 😲 and stopped her, asking if I had really just seen her clean the toilet with that rag. She looked confused and said I don't understand. My sister came in to help clarify, and the maid then apologized, saying she would clean it again. The maids also clean your tub and floors with your dirty towels. Positive: The staff were exceptionally professional and accommodating and polite. It appeared that new renovations had been done recently, which was very nice as well. Negative: I did not care for the fact that I had to go to a different floor to get ice and the vending machines. There was no hairdryer in my room.

The room was clean. The staff was great but the manager wasn’t, she was rude as hell. So the night before I had to check out I extended my stay, the staff at the desk that night made the change but I guess she didn’t do it completely. That night the staff said my stay was extended and I enjoyed the rest of my night until the next morning around 10:30. The manager came up to the room banging on the door, once I open the door she just start to be rude I was confused about what was going on… so after she was disrespectful and really unprofessional, i figure that she was talk about my card being declined..she never called the room phone or my personal phone to let me know I would’ve came down and took care of it….
