Hilton Garden Inn Mount Holly/Westampton

I will start with Zandra ( I hope I spelled it right) was the only attendant at the desk who greeted me with a smile every time. She was so pleasant and she deserved to be recognized. Further more when I arrived they only had the small trolleys to bring up luggage .. I was staying 5 days for work so I was a little disappointed. When I got to my room the refrigerator was unplugged behind an island so I called the front desk and she notified me maintenance was not in. So I moved it myself and plugged it in. ( why was this not checked before I checked in) it’s very outdated and just has that used old feeling. The water pressure was terrible no pressure at all. The mattress was springy and airy .. pillows were decently the fixtures throughout the room all have rust including garbage cans. Behi

Hotel HVAC so loud, couldn't sleep with it on. It would be intermittent, so I then used only the fan. The temperature in the room wasn't stable, I kept waking up hot then falling asleep again, this happened 3 times at least.

Positive: The room layout (and lighting) were the best parts of the hotel stay. Negative: Housekeeping can into my room at 10:50am, while I was in the bathroom. Check out time was noon!

Don’t stay at the Hilton hotel on 541. I just had surgery. I broke three bones in my ankle and dislocated foot and the prescriptions that they gave me were all took by the housekeeping when my mom and I left to get a few things, the doctor said I need! we came back all four of my prescriptions that weren’t even open we’re gone and the front desk lady tried to say no one that works here would do something like that and my mom is very punctual very organized. She’s taught English for many many moons and it’s crazy. She spent over $600 to stay at that hotel and didn’t even use the last night because she didn’t feel safe! It sucks because my mom lives in Florida and flew to help me get through my surgery successfully, and these people took advantage of us! The housekeeping in the front desk, p

I only gave 4nstars room because toilet didn't always flush unless you took the lid off and tapped the floater then it would fill up with water. But it was random. And that the bathroom sink drained very slowly. I let the funny deal agent know not to complain but to get a maintenance request made for it. This part is a very small complaint. Storing clean towels in the shower is a bad idea. On made sure to remove the clean towels and put them on the counter so they wouldn't get soaked during shower. Again that's a really small issue. But something that could be fix in future. I'd definitely stay again. The front desk agent are friendly and helpful.
