Comfort Inn & Suites Mt. Holly - Westampton

Omg I don’t know where to start. Well first off checking in was great the receptionist at the front desk she was excellent her customer service was amazing. My plan was to stay two nights but after seeing the room I canceled my stay to one night. The blankets and sheets on the bed were very dirty. This is the main reason I bring my own sheets and blankets. The bathroom had no cosmetics in there none at all. The bathtub was dirty smh unbelievable. The only reason I stayed is because I came from out of town family emergency. Never will I stay at this location again. So for anyone who is considering staying at this location please don’t. Comfort Inn please get it together. Also the heat in the room does not work. Worse experience ever.

As we arrived the police were dragging out some man who was definitely drugged up. This should have been my first clue but we made a reservation so we went in. As you walk thru the front doors the smell hit you like a brick wall it was not a pleasant aroma. We checked in and went to our room the room was very dirty and outdated water leaking from the second floor into one of the most disgusting buckets I have ever seen. The furniture looked like it had been hauled out of the dumpster half the lights in the room did not work. We slept on top of the covers using blankets from our truck. The pillows were the smallest I have ever seen. The bathroom room was absolutely disgusting I would rather use a full porta potty on the hottest day of the summer. Front desk polite and welcoming! Rooms, telephone no dailtone, we used towels Sunday morning, came back towels still neatly piled on the floor( sign says put towels on floor for fresh ones) returned Sunday night, towels on floor called front desk from cell phone to request towels, asked if I requested the service. So you' ve got to ask for trash to be emptied and basic cleaning services that every other hotel provides! Front desk was accommodating but only able to give what she had. One wash cloth per person( 2 room rental 3 adults)several large towels. Outlets by bedside lamps not working, one lamp fell from wall when trying to turn it on. Avoid this place unless you want a mediocre stay!!!

I was very disappointed with my stay. The toilet had stain around the inside rim and stains in the bowl. The bath tub had mold around the drain and at the floor. There was blood stains on the bathroom wall. The bed cover was stained and stains on the sheets. There were dust bunnies around the room. The desk chair wouldn't fit to to desk. The other chair was stained. The general appearance of the room looked twenty years old. We bath tub was so bad that we skipped taking a shower. We should have left the Comfort Inn if we hadn't been on the road for eight hours. If will never stay at this Comfort Inn again!

I don’t know what was going on the weekend I came here but many hotel rooms were unavailable. My Director put me up in this hotel for the night because it was all that was available. Given I was only staying a few hours to sleep it didn’t seem like a big deal. But when I took a good look around, it was a bit concerning. The room was dirty. Behind the bathroom door. The shower leaked. They couldn’t even supply new toiletries. By the nightstand, it was dirty. The vent where air came through looked moldy and gross. The toilet seat wasn’t clean. The phone was dusty. It looked like they just changed the sheets and placed clean towels in the bathroom. Thankfully I carry disinfectant wipes. I showered with slippers on and never let my bare feet touch the ground. In the morning, children were so l
