Baymont by Wyndham Westampton

Positive: Location to event I was attending. Negative: The hotel was filthy. The floor in our room did not look like it had been swept or mopped in several days. There were items from a previous guest still on the floor. There was only one towel that was not dirty. TV did not work.

We are having a great experience at Baymont by Wyndham. This location is EXTREMELY clean, they have a nice complimentary breakfast and the hallways smell great with air freshener. Miss Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She is constantly working hard and helping out wherever she is needed and is still so nice and sweet all the time and always has a smile on her face. She is one of those very rare humans who is a genuinely phenomenal person and equally phenomenal worker. You can't not have a smile on your face while interacting with her. Seriously. Baymont is lucky to have her as an employee cause she is constantly working hard and every guest loves her.

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable the room was good the telephone didn't work to call the front desk in room 127 . The Jacuzzi tub was amazing and the best sleep on the king size bed. I will come again. Great stay.👍💙😀😀

I had a great experience at the Baymont by Wyndham. The rooms are very clean, the hallways smell good, and the complimentary continental breakfast is a good plus. I would also like to specifically mention Elizabeth who works there and does pretty much everything. You always see her all over the place helping everyone and doing whatever needs to be done. She always does it with a smile and is one of the kindest human beings I have ever met. Excellent service

On it's very best day, in perfect lighting, this is a two star hotel. I booked it because Google had it as a 3 star hotel, which isn't even close. The thick plastic barrier between the front desk and it's customers basically tells you everything you need to know. The place reeks of smoke, despite it's no smoking policy, and I had to immediately abandon the first room they put me in because someone had clearly smoked in it earlier in the day. Doesn't help the hallways or lobby however. I suspect most of its customers are government funded, and even though I only stayed here one night, the police were here, meaning it is a likely repeat customer for them. I'm actually surprised Wyndham would allow their name to be used on this place. It certainly doesn't fit in to most of their other offeri
