Love the location but this place is for little kids. The water park is nice for the littles bit not for teen or adults. Pretty cramped in the water park. Staff were very dismissive and unhelpful when checking in. Had to ask detailed questions just to get clear answers. And answers were short and hurried. Rooms were clean and hotel is clean. Weird thing was they shut lights off in the breakfast at 9:23am when our whole family and another family were still eating. The juice machine was shut off at 9:28am. And we are not typically people that complain but in this day and age with high prices, a family needs customer service to be good and to feel appreciated for staying. Thank you

We stayed here Thursday October 16th, 2025 and checked out Sunday Oct 19th, 2025 in room 346. The rooms are nice. However the price of the room is not worth it if youre here solely to enjoy an indoor waterpark. This is our 2nd time here. The 1st time the heaters in the waterpark were broken (spring 2025), so we let it slide and decided to give it another try with coming up for MEA break for a mini get away. The waterpark would be warm if it weren't for the staff propping open the outside doors all day long letting out the warm air and bringing in the colder outside air. The kiddie area with the kids slide and water spouts were freezing. The pool water was cold. We will not be back as its hard to enjoy the waterpark when you're trying to stay warm. The hotel values the comfort of their staf

Hotel was terrific: easy check-in/out, clean updated room, comfortable beds and pillows, good hot breakfast, and a fun waterpark and arcade. Our kids loved the lazy river and water slides, and it was nice to have a family hot tub option as well as an adults only hot tub. Location is excellent with great proximity to Nisswa and Brainerd. Rates were expensive during prime summer season, though 🤷‍♀️

I reserved a room and was hosting a birthday party at the waterpark for my 8 year old, autistic grandson. The employees were ALL very helpful and polite. Everything from lobby, food, waterpark, arcades and room were much better than I expected. Many of the guests I invited also commented on the ease, setup and and help of employees. I think many more people will be hosting their kids birthday parties here as well. Some guests smoke and were thrilled to have an area outside waterpark easily accessible. Also a nice place for just relaxing. Esthetically pleasing all around and excellent service seriously!

Great clean rooms, awesome support and help. The water park is perfect for kiddos. It has enough fun areas but isn’t too big and overwhelming. Closes from 3-4 each day.
