I was stranded in Brainerd during the last blizzard. I called ahead and the staff was so graceous and told me about food in the area so I could grab take out on my way. The rooms were clean, comforable and quiet. The plowing and sidewalks were clear by morning. Breakfast was fresh and hot and the staff was happy and cheerful. Thanks for making a snow storm fun!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean, but the bathtub still had dirty water in it and took over an hour to drain. The water pressure was almost nonexistent and the bathroom door wouldn't latch shut.

I stayed here last night and was so happy about how clean it was. The room was comfortable, the bed and pillows were great! It was a very nice stay. Definitely worth the affordable price. Staff were welcoming, breakfast good 👍🏼

Positive: Gentleman who checked us in the first night was great! He was pleasant and sociable. He worked both nights we stayed. Room was clean. Negative: Although breakfast selection was good, eggs were cold. Otherwise, the only thing we weren't satisfied with was the bed, too hard for us so we didn't sleep well.

This hotel is my favorite stop when traveling to LOTW||This hotel has comfy clean and well appointed rooms. The staff is helpful and friendly. It offers 24 hr in house pizza delivery to your room. ||The breakfast is awesome with a variety of hot and cold items. My favorite is the cheesy eggs! Great value and service!!
