The employees are extremely kind, helpful and personable. The nicest of any at any Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at in the past. Breakfast was really good and the team who ran it were very polite and worked hard (and successfully) to keep everything full so no one had to wait for an item to be replenished. Super great location – very easy to walk to things all over the area both attraction & restaurants. The rooms are fairly crammed and small, but it worked well enough overall for what was needed.

Straight to the facts - I found a bedbug on my travel bag and brought it to the front desk. I was told my room would be switched and I would receive 15k points. Before leaving, my bags were stored and I was given change to wash my clothes. When I returned in the evening, I was told I could no longer stay because I had posted about the bedbug on social media (not the hotel name, location, etc) and allegedly violated an agreement not to — which is false, as no such agreement was made. I was told I'd get a full refund and no points. Has a wonderful stay. Kemar was great at check in and Justin was awesome as well. The entire staff was really great. Thank you all for welcoming all the "monsters" in town for the Mayhem Ball. Room was clean and breakfast was great every morning. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

Overall the place felt dated. Our Double room was tiny, barely enough room to get suitcases in. The room was clean though and bedding comfortable. Breakfast selection was excellent but that was overshadowed by the large cockroach that ran under our table. The place just needs a some updating and it would be so much better. Location good, $40 overnight parking.

5-star review turned into a 1-star at check-out! I went to check out at 7pm the night before my checkout day and I was told I’d be charged a $75 early check out fee in addition to full booking cost. I wasn’t given any policy reference as to what is the earliest I could check out to avoid this fee. I would still be charged for the entire last day plus the fee. I wasn’t asking to be charged any less because we had stay past the previous days checkout so expected to pay the full price. The website does not provide an exact time or additional language to clarify if this applies before a certain time or to a booking type. Is it 12am the day of, 2am, 6am? It just says check-out until 11am. Front desk mentioned it’s because they can’t re-sale the room. But I am paying for the room until
