Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta Arpt West - Camp Creek by IHG

From parking to checkout, everything was wonderful. Check-in was quick and easy, and the desk staff was warm, welcoming and efficient. The room was clean (as was every part of the hotel that I saw), comfortable, quiet and well-appointed. (Good thing that mattress wouldn't fit in my car!) I even enjoyed the view outside my room. The Wi-fi connection was easy and fast. And breakfast!!!!!!! The selection and quality of the offerings were great, and the food was absolutely delicious! I 100% recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express to anyone, whether traveling for business or pleasure, alone or with family.

Sheryl is awesome! I left my Apple Airpods in the room. She called me before I even realized I'd left them. She then shipped them to me in Texas for no extra charge! Also, when I arrived at the Atlanta airport before my stay, the hotel sent a courtesy shuttle to pick me up and the next day shuttled me back to the airport. My room was clean as was the entire hotel, and the staff was courteous. Great hotel!

The staff were super friendly. The room was average. However the bathroom door didn’t close. It was hair in the tub and on the sink. It stated an ice machine on the 2nd floor but it was not. It was ice cream bars in the freezer portion of the refrigerator, which shows no one wiped out or checked prior to our arrival. The breakfast area was nicely set up however it would have been nice to have maybe a sanitizer pump etc nearby. Will I stay again probably not unless it’s a last resort.

All of the staff was amazing, and was very helpful when it came to making suggestions on things to do and places to get food. The lake is a beautiful bonus. The pools warm for the most part. Between the Publix, Walgreens, liquor store, and movie theater all being in walking distance as well as a movie theater. I dont think we could have picked a better hotel also bonus points for the hotel shuttle being 24hrs

Stayed here on vacation. Everything was good except the security alarm in the pool area (the pool could have been warmer for sure) and then the security alarm outside that went off every time you came or went. The alarm in the pool that went off every min while in there was just mildly annoying. When we spoke with the staff they didn't know it was happening and came and looked at it and said management would have to come reset it. But the beds were comfy and the rooms were nice.
