Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ashland by IHG

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool area was small, but hardly occupied and very clean. There was a hot tub and plenty of towels. The flooring was a bit slippery! The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious and satisfying. There was a pancake machine that could whip up a couple pancakes in about a minute. There were comfortable seats to dine in. The location was just under 3 miles from downtown, but right off the freeway and convenient. It was pretty quiet at night. The room windows opened if you needed fresh air. We got the 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious, comfortable and affordable. Hot coffee, water and tea is offered 24/7. The staff were all friendly.

I stay at your hotel last night was outstanding. I slept like a little baby because the bed was so comfortable. From start to finish our stay stood out above other hotels. The front desk clerk was warm, friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was sparkling clean and at the perfect temperature. Our room was super clean and had every amenity we would want. And the hot yummy breakfast was a great way to start our day before hitting the road again. There were many choices for breakfast and the warm cinnamon rolls were an extra treat. Or stay here for exceeded our expectations. Thanks for caring and putting forth an extra effort to make sure those who stay here feel at home.

Always a great room for a bargain at Holiday Inn Express. This location in Ashland, Oregon is very nice and provided a great place to sleep for the night on our way to Seattle. Rooms are spacious, clean and bed is always comfortable. Breakfast is always good with plenty of selection to satisfy everyone in your party. The cinnamon rolls are especially delicious and always hot and fresh, ready to eat. This Holiday Inn Express is within walking distance of 3 restaurants which allows you to check in, grab a bite and not worry about driving anywhere. I used points to cover our lodging but would easily pay to stay here again when in the area.

The Holiday Inn Express is consistently going above and beyond my expectations in comfort, cleanliness, calm & quiet, hot breakfast and other goodies, and a friendly and helpful staff. Any time I stay at a hotel, my main concern is always a super comfy bed and pillows, and that’s what I got! The room was clean and the AC worked perfectly. Plus the free breakfast was really good too and there was a variety of options. The coffee was tasty and fresh. You could tell they put lots of effort into making sure their guests were comfortable and taking care of. ALL of the staff work hard for that to happen. My mother and I will definitely be staying here again in the future on our next trip to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival!!

Don't believe the 4.4 stars here! Not originally a Holiday Inn Express, but rebranded from a lower chain and it shows. Booked the "one bedroom suite" for kicks this trip every place, this was the second worse in a week. At check-in we were checked in under another reservation, they tried to get me to sign the reservation by folding it to only the signature and nothing else, was meet with a sigh by the desk clerk when I opened it up to read it. Reading it I found out I magically turned into a woman traveling with a dog! There's no second heat source in the "bedroom" and it's wide open to the other king bed in the room so you can stare at each other while the trucks loudly rumble by. The room was cold, 55⁰, and with only the one heat source took two hours to heat, which meant the main room w
