Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ardmore, an IHG Hotel

AMAZING experience! clean rooms, comfortable beds and got a good nights sleep. bathrooms were filled with towels and had dove bath products. had a microwave, mini fridge, ac and tv ! Enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi , the complimentary breakfast was delicious as well, many great options. There was also lots of food spots in the area. Everyone was so sweet, polite and helpful , and they even had cookies when we left ! 10/10 would definitely come back again <3

We arrived tired and worn out from our drive. staff were cheerful, professional, and very tolerant of 2 very tired travelers. We opened the door to the room and noticed no overwhelming fragrance as in many places we have stayed. Just a clean warm welcoming room. Oh, my gosh was the bed ever so comfortable. Enjoyed a night of restful sleep undisturbed by outside noises. Breakfast wasn't the greatest but there was plenty if you were hungry before leaving. Checkout was easy and the morning staff were friendly and cheerful as we departed. Can't say enough about the stay but when in the area looking for a night's stay, this is the place.

Positive: Front desk staff was great. We arrived late night. He was probably the overnight guy. Very courteous, very accommodating. Negative: Bathtub had a dead insect in it and what looked like some remnants of previous occupant hair. Water pressure from the showerhead was extremely low. Almost nonexistent.

We arrived at the hotel around 7:30 pm tired from driving most of the day. I was told by the desk clerk they tried to call me, yet I had no messages nor missed calls. The clerk confirmed my phone number in the system was correct. Reality is they never tried to call me. This is important because the call was to notify us they had no hot water available at the hotel. We were told they were working on the problem but there was no guarantee it would be fixed by the morning. We were told we could change hotels with no penalties. We were very tired and took a chance the problem would be fixed by the morning. This is a long review but this lady MESSED UP. We checked in and the lady at the front desk was so rude. We told her to split our two rooms on different payment methods and she didn’t. When we got to our room it smelled like cigarette smoke so bad, mind you it’s a 100% smoke free hotel. When we went down to ask about a room change she huffed around saying she doesn’t know what she can do and called her manager on the phone and said that we requested a room change because of smoke smell but it was John Doe that stayed in the room previously and he doesn’t smoke (she actually said his full name in front of us. Great privacy policy as well here) and when they said to do a room change she had said “oh and I am going to check the room” ok great call us a liar then. After we switched rooms my fa
