Holiday Inn Ardmore I-35 by IHG

The staff are amazing! Jeremiah was especially professional with kindness added into it. The rooms cleans, the walk in shower is so big and the big windows just added to the over all experience. The only draw back is there isn't a breakfast included. But that is small compared to all the awesome things otherwise. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for great service.. with a smile! The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The service was exceptional. Mr. Jeremiah Chatman gave service above and beyond what was expected. He was professional, courteous, and prompt. It was by far the best first impression I have experienced with holiday inn. Thank you Mr. Chapman. The location was good as well.

Positive: Front desk staff was AMAZING every day!!!!! Negative: Room door was close to impossible to open for a supposedly ADA room. Extremely heavy door. Baggage carts need to be updated so they are easier to move.

My husband and I recently stayed here while we were in town for the weekend. The staff was very pleasant. Our room was very clean. The front desk (I forget her name) was very accommodating. Our housekeeper, Cherie, was very friendly and kept our room tidy. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Front desk workers are very friendly. However, a co worker had bed bugs in their room. Housekeeping helped themselves to food in my room so just a heads up. You can’t get to the lobby via stairs either so that sucks. Had better experiences at the holiday inn express down the road
