Quality Inn & Suites Ardmore

Good location. Very quiet. Bed was not as comfortable as we would like. It was a little hard. The pillows were also quite small, especially for a king size bed. The price was OK. When we entered the room, it smelled musty. The smell did go away when we turned the fan on and just left it on to keep air circulating. The shower was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn & Suites in Ardmore. The staff showed so much kindness, patience, and excellent customer service, and it truly made our visit stress-free and enjoyable. A special thank you to Bips—your professionalism and helpful attitude were greatly appreciated! We were in town attending Jodeci’s concert and didn’t want to pay WinStar hotel prices, and we’re so glad we chose to stay here instead. The hotel was comfortable, convenient, and a great value. We would definitely stay again and recommend this location to anyone visiting Ardmore!

I like Quality Inn and Suites, but was disappointed in this one. The location was perfect, the price was good, the room was nice and the staff was friendly, breakfast was good, but the bathroom had an odor and that was the reason I was disappointed. I let them know and also talked to a housekeeper. I hope they will take the cleaning more serious because since my stay I have learned Quality Inn has disappointed others. I am a Choice member and will remain a Choice member but from now on I'll ask to see the room before paying even if it means I may not get a room!

Stay here frequently for work. Manager is extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice hotel for the price. Nicely located next to convenience store and many restaurants. Suite room is one of the largest I’ve ever seen. Only complaints are several out of service items like treadmill and vending machine as well as carpet in the room had pet hair all over.

I mean, I thought it was budget but honestly spend a couple of 20 extra dollars and go over to the marriott... the hallways and the elevators smelled like marijuana, not a huge problem but not exactly something I want to smell after checking into a hotel. I looked through a lot of reviews that complained about bed bugs while I didn't have that problem the room wasn't exactly clean. You can tell that they hadn't wiped the countertops down in a while and my refrigerator actually had old food still in it, along with stained bedding but it smelled like bleach🤷 was there for a whole 15 hours after 2 days of basically being awake, so I wasn't going to use the refrigerator anyway but it would have been nice to take a shower in a facility that didn't fill up with water to your ankles.
