Holiday Inn Express & Suites Anaheim Resort Area by IHG

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express was perfect for my young family of five. From the valet parking to the check-in process, everything was smooth and easy. The rooms were clean and spacious, which made a big difference for traveling with kids. We also loved that the hotel is within a comfortable walking distance to the parks, making it incredibly convenient and stress-free to come and go throughout the day. More importantly, I appreciated having the option to enjoy the buffet breakfast every morning before heading out. The options were simple but great for my girls. Yadra and Ofelia were especially kind and helpful—they made sure the food was always available and the area was kept clean. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

If I could rate this hotel and staff above 1000/10 I easily would!! We had this hotel booked with our Disneyland package for family of 5 and wow, it was a wonderful 5 night stay! Upon arrival I met with Millie at the front desk, she was lovely she greeted me with such kindness and joy!! In fact it was our Grand daughter's birthday the day after check in and the staff did up a birthday basket for her!! Everyone to include valet staff were so friendly and caring. We arrived early from the airport and received early check in. Which was wonderful traveling with children. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a nice view and we were able to see nightly fireworks from Disneyland The kids enjoyed the heated pool which was very nice and clean, also having the hot tub was wonderful for tired

This hotel and the staff are fabulous! The friendliest staff I've ever had at a hotel! The breakfast was great - eggs, sausage and/or bacon, sometimes omelettes, one day they had turkey sausage (only wish is that they had this everyday as I do not eat pork), pancakes, sometimes waffles, toast, muffins, english muffins, juice, milk, yogurt, and the best cinnamon rolls! On-site laundry was very helpful for us. We walked to and from the park each day and it was very doable. Clean rooms and surprisingly very soundproof. The pool and hot tub were great too - for a cooler day, the pool was a very good temp! 100% recommend this hotel.

Positive: Staff is polite, overall the hotel is clean. Negative: Very, very few amenities. No coffee, hot water, water outside of the breakfast hours. Not even a place to purchase. Signs consistently refer you to the hotels around them for amenities, might as well have stayed there.

Excellent value. An easy 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland. The rooms are spacious and clean. The provided toiletries were good quality. It was nice and quiet, though you can hear cars going by outside. The best part of my stay was Milly at the front desk; she was so helpful and friendly!
