Holiday Inn Express Palestine by IHG

Making the customer wait exactly 3:00 just to check in. Its unprofessional making people file up on the reception area plus there’s babies and seniors waiting just to wait for the line cause it’s already the exact time to get checked in, never had a problem before with any other hotel we checked in.Didn’t like also the fact that the hotel was in auto with their aircon. Thinking will have a good sleep cause we paid for it but ended up sweating because of the aircon set up. It’s funny, cause when we check out and head out the door that it’s cooler and nicer than our room.

Needed a room last minute, and Holiday Inn came to the rescue. As always, the best customer service. We were greeted with a smile, and she helped with dinner options close to the room. Very comfortable beds with the perfect pillows. The A/C was so cold I had to turn it up. It was great. Breakfast was delicious, eggs, sausage, and seasoned potatoes. Added a couple of pancakes on the side, and I was stuffed. The parking lot was lit up and felt very secure. As an IHG member, I frequently visit Holiday Inn's, and this one is very nice.

Our room number was #118 ♿️ room with roll in shower. It also had a makeshift kitchen, real fridge small table with hot plate, and microwave. I could use my wheelchair in all rooms and shower on my own! ||My complaints are towels, people stand in front of kitchen window to smoke(not hotel's fault) and chair lifts for pool/hot tub are broke,hot tub was also broke. Breakfast is on the late side||Very friendly staff plenty of parking with truck parking to the side. Clean hotel well managed. Pet friendly too! Oh the fresh ground coffee

This was an absolute blessing of sorts as they had room for big trucks to park. Didn't enjoy being woke up at 1209 am because someone had decided to set the alarm on the alarm clock but no problemo unplugged it and drifted back to sleep lol. Wouldve been better had there been some eating joints close by. BBQ place across road closed at 6 and yep I pulled in at 620 so oh well lol. So yep if you're down around the area in a big rig they have ya covered. Rooms were super nice and shower felt great even

Staff members are respectful and accommodation. Welcomed me with a smile and recognized my presence. She was orienting someone but still took care of my needs in timely manner. The hotel was clean during my stay and smell good. I would come back again if I have an opportunity to work in this area again.
