Truly cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is perfect for exploring and getting arojnd the city, but isn’t loud at all. Rooms were plenty big and very nice for the price. They do so many little things well - the breakfast, the cookies, the wine hour Service was absolutely phenomenal. It was better than we’ve gotten at luxury places. Every single person we talked to was extremely helpful and accomadating. Mo, the manager, was especially great - he helped us sorr through our reservation when we had to change it due to weather. Everyone went above and beyond - we will definitely be coming back!

Positives - Location in general is great. Easy for Penn Station and getting around Midtown. Good shower. Comfy bed. Breakfast was the standard affair. Coffee, cookies and wine hour. ||Negatives - Location (kind of) not the hotels fault they exist but we had to pass one guy lying comatose just feet from the door, jacked up, spoon beside him, had spiked himself. Another night we returned to some guy out of it lying sleeping on one of the outside chairs. Security is non-existent and obviously needed. Anyone can walk in. And outside is a bit dirty looking. ||It’s busy if you don’t time breakfast right. Nowhere near big enough for the number of guests. ||There are 2 lifts and about 15 floors and what seemed like 50,000 people wanting to use them! It can take a while sometimes. ||We were ‘upgrad

My wife and I spent last weekend at this hotel and we are very pleased. We were able to upgrade our room and get checked in earlier than expected. The room was small but comfortable plus we were only there to sleep and shower. Other than that, we were out exploring the city on our first trip to NYC. The staff was amazing and a special shotout to the young lady whose name starts with a J...sorry I forgot her name. She was amazing with us. She was very friendly and her customer service was the best! The breakfast was very satisfactory and when we asked for a toothbrush, towels or tp, they accomidated us. We did call and ask for more pillows and were told they would be sent up to our rooms however that didn't happen. Overall we are very satisfied and would consider staying here again. Thank

Came from San Diego, booked through Expedia. Will say the front desk girl is very nice. (Short hair glasses I think) I will say the cleaning services are amazing. We would come back and our room would be nice and tidy. The elevators suck! Lol pray you get a room on the first floor or you’ll wait 5 minutes for a ride. I did not appreciate the fact that I called prior to see if we can hold our luggage until check in since I had a red eye and a gentleman answered who said only if lockers are available and if there’s room, I was so annoyed I just paid $20 for a bodega to watch my bags when I got to hotel it was a whole pile of suitcases then I was gas lit that I called the wrong holiday in when I did not LOL so that really pmo. They charge you an extra $139 that makes no sense for the first da
