Holiday Inn Express North Augusta - SC by IHG

I just want to say while I had a few issues during my stay the front desk staff, manager and maintenance did everything they could to make it right. That is all a person could ask for is good service, no place is perfect but accountability is everything. I have stayed here many times and will continue too, I look forward to seeing it after the renovations are done :-)

my stay was an overnight business trip. Check in was very quick and efficient. Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. many charging areas and workspaces in a spacious room. The bed was a little high, but the bedding was like sleeping on a cloud There were many choices of breakfast items hot and cold that were very tasty. Every staff member there was very corrigible, they greeted me and were helpful was a dinning choice. and once again breakfast was delicious.

Not the best. Our room (127) the door sticks. The bathroom is not the best. The floor is sticky. The carpet is badly stained. There are light bulbs missing. The breakfast tasted bad. The positive - our A/C worked well and everyone was friendly.

I checked into this hotel looking to get rest I was met with a rude awakening literally ! My check out time was 11 am. My door was knocked on several times before 11 am. As a paying customer my check out time is what I paid for. The staff harassed me to leave prior to my check out time. If you want to get a good nights rest this isn’t the place to do it.

We stayed here one night while in town for The Masters. Hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and inviting. About 10-15 minute drive to Augusta National, so it was a great location for us. Excellent rate compared to everyone else in.the area. I would recommend if your in the area.
