Crowne Plaza North Augusta by IHG

My stay at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff made me feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely appreciated. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — everything felt elevated and intentional. We had our company Christmas party at this hotel and they were the absolutely best. We booked the entire hotel for our out of town staff. We didn’t even have to decorate much. The hotel was already fully decorated and gave us a full “Christmasy” feeling. The food was amazing, the staff here were very friendly, helpful, and funny. Security was great and hilarious. All of the bar tenders were very nice. All of the staff at this hotel worked their butts off for the hundreds of people we brought in. They made it look so easy. Everyone enjoyed themselves and were safe. I would give them a 1000/10. Thanks Jessica, Jabal, Crystal, Evette, and the rest of the staff. You guys are the best!!!!!

My first time ever staying at a Crowne Plaza hotel. We attended a event at SRP and then attended an event after at the Crowne Plaza and it was easier after having cocktails rather than driving. The rooms were clean from the front staff to the bell hop , very professional and efficient.

Overall, this is a nice property with a restaurant and bar, parking close by (but a free lot would be better), and clean comfortable rooms. A lite breakfast included for guests would be nice - there is not one. Also, my request for a room on a higher floor and close to the elevator was not met. In fact, my room was about as far from the elevator as it could be! I requested this when the room was reserved and also at check-in. --The area there on the N. Augusta side of the river is interesting, with some development going on and a few restaurants close. It is easy to cross the river into Augusta for more dining options. I would recommend the hotel. It is a nice change from staying at a regular HI Express.

The atmosphere was great, and I was pleased to know that they made accommodations for me when I had to pray. Unfortunately, I was given an alcoholic beverage and was assured that it was non- alcoholic. I would suggest ensuring that all staff knows where and what is alcoholic and non- alcoholic or have a meeting prior to catering an event of this magnitude. Overall, the experience was nice, and the hotel was very clean. Can't wait to experience again!!!
