I've had to stay here twice now for work and both times were miserable experiences. The hotel is crawling with rude tourists from Europe who have zero consideration for other guests. Late into the night, 7am, they're slamming doors, running up and down the halls yelling and guffawing. And somehow Americans get the global bad rap for rudeness and loudness?? The free breakfast starts at 6:30am and they're already packed into the tiny dining area like sardines, have clearly been there for awhile annoying the staff who're trying to put the food out. Then once the lights are turned on signaling it's open they descend like locusts. Forming a line and taking turns apparently isn't a thing in Europe, nor is the concept of personal space. You will have people breathing down your neck, reaching acr

Great Hotel in brilliant location. Walking distance to Times Square and most of the main sights. Room was small but had 2 comfy double beds, a lovely walk in shower in the bathroom and all toiletries were provided. Housekeeping came daily with clean towels and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great choice however it was very busy and a bit manic but the staff provide trays so you can bring it back up to your room as the seating area is quite limited. We visited over new year and it was freezing but the rooms are lovely and warm with adjustable heating. The restaurant area is ideal for eating takeaways of an evening if you’re too tired to go out after a busy day and I would recommend downloading the door dash app for quick delivery. I even ordered a personalis

Well we would stay here again, rooms were definitely clean and big enough, staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good had bagels creamcheese orange apple egg bacon oatmeal etc and they had unlimited coffee and tea in the lobby all the time. We were even able to leave our luggage’s till the check in time and went out. The location is pretty good it is 10minute walking distance from times square and if you know new york, times sq is the best place for transits so you can travel everywhere after the 10 minute walk. Maybe not the best place for elders but 10 minute walk is actually pretty good for nyc. We mostly walked back around 9pm and it was safe. They also called for our cab the next morning. Rooms got cleaned daily. Toilet was clean and big. Kinda crowded around 8am for

Location is strong—Hell's Kitchen area, easy walk to Times Square, Broadway theaters, restaurants, and subway lines (C/E at 50th St). Great for exploring Midtown without the absolute chaos. Rooms were basic and small (typical NYC), clean enough but dated with thin walls and some wear. Bed was okay, but nothing special. Service was meh—front desk was polite for check-in, but slow responses and felt understaffed. Free hot breakfast was a decent perk (eggs, sausage, etc.), though crowded. Fine budget option for the price and spot, but not standout. 3 stars overall—location saves it.
