Holiday Inn Express Indianapolis - Southeast, an IHG Hotel

Overall I would stay at this hotel again. The lobby was very nice and for the most part the hotel room was clean. There were only a few issues my group ran into with this hotel. First the pull out bed had an extremely thin mattress and we were not provided the bedding for it either. There were also a few stains on the carpet. The breakfast was nice, there were warmed Cinnamon rolls, pancakes, egg white omelettes, biscuits and gravy, and sausage along with a few fruits. Overall, other than those few things it was a pretty good stay.

Positive: It’s was well kept and clean and nice location. Negative: Yes I checked out early and my 100.00 deposit was not pending in my account.

Overall this hotel is perfectly ok. Its location is good, several restaurants close. We had a 1 night stay in a 2 kings one bedroom suite. It is very close to the expressway though, so you hear the road noise (it didn’t bother me, but light sleepers may have issues). The staff was very friendly.||The room was ok, it was a nice size, one big problem is the bed that is next to the window is right against the ac unit so you can’t walk through there, you have to crawl in from the bottom of the bed. The room overall was clean (although the headboard hasn’t been cleaned in a long while).||The bathroom…water pressure and temp was good. Shower head was about 6ft up. Problems with the bathroom were #1, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper was in the room and #2, only 3 towels & wash cloths even thou

Overall, this is a well-kept facility. Easy to park and navigate the entrance/lobby. Desk attendant was both personable and professional. Our room was spacious. My husband and I really liked having two king sized beds in our room. That was definitely a bonus for enabling us to relax and recuperate from driving through torrential rainfall. Definitely recommend this establishment if in the area.

Don't bother staying here! Poor management that will give you the runaround. Long rant, but they derserve it. Three night stay (1/16-1/18) for the 2026 JamFest Cheer Super Nationals. Breakfast was good and food service people were friendly. The main issue was the 3rd night. We woke to a dripping sound at 11:30. The ceiling above shower was leaking. We noticed the bad patch job on day 1 along with the wobbly mini fridge but we weren't bothered as long as we felt safe. The leak extended to the exterior wall to where the main entrance to the room was, mini fridge as well as the wall electrical outlets. I had to grab towels to prevent it from leaking to the carpet.
