Holiday Inn Express Heber City by IHG

Place was decent, closed the pool area 30 minute before it was supposed to be closed. Me and my wife were going to enjoy the hot tub for our last night in heber for a few minutes, we showed up at 9:35 (it closes at 10). The door was dead bolted closed. Other than that it was decent. But not a great look for 20 degrees and one of 2 decent name brand hotels in the areas to close the hot tub 30 minutes prior to when they were supposed to.

Penny , Thlesa of the front desk . Vickie of the kitchen are kind, helpful & take their job seriously. This hotel is clean quiet with friendly staffs makes our stay very relaxing. The Free breakfast & pet area are another plus !

Last minute stop, passing through. Front desk was friendly. The room is nice and super clean. They have more than most hotels (actual hand soap in the room). The bed and pillows are so comfy! Nice coffee station and a desk area. 10/10 recommend.

After reading the other reviews, we were anticipating a better experience at this property. The front desk person, Tyler, was very nice, pleasant, and helpful, and we appreciate that very much. |This hotel is an older property, and while the carpet is new, the rooms are showing the wear and tear of neglect. Our bathroom sink faucet was extremely loose, and frustrating to use. The bathtub had chips in the enamel, and had obviously overflowed onto the bathroom floor. It appears no effort has been made to fix the damage it caused. The towels were extremely rough and thin, and very disappointing.
