had a really pleasant stay at Holiday Inn and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free hotel experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, courteous, and genuinely helpful, which instantly made me feel welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Housekeeping was consistent and paid attention to details, which I really appreciated. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt calm and professional, making it suitable for both business and leisure stays. The food was another highlight — fresh, well prepared, and with good variety. Breakfast in particular was enjoyable and well managed. The common areas were neat, and everything felt organized and thoughtfully arranged. O

We stayed here on our way home from vacation. Bed & Pillows were comfortable. Shower was concaved, so felt like you would slip. Didn't go in the pool. Not a great selection at breakfast- only the bare minimum and the tables were too close to the breakfast area, so not much room. Positive point was close to Hershey Park.

We booked 2 rooms for our family. Upon check-in 1 room had dried blood spots on 3 pillows. The desk clerk did change our room but the 2nd room also had stains on bedding and we were given a 3 rd room. A towel in 1 bathroom had dried stuff on it. Every morning breakfast had very little choice. 1 morning there were 2 yogurts in the fridge and nothing else. The pancake machine need constant adjusting as the machine kept saying replace bag and not make pancakes, although it was actually full. We only saw the employee responsible for breakfast area once. 1 bathroom shower did not have body wash dispenser, It had hand lotion. When asked to have that changed out we returned to our room and found the dispenser sitting on sink. Along with more shampoo and conditioner. My husband had to go downstair

Very quiet and peaceful location at a great value! The staff that work there are very easy to interact with and is always making sure everything is okay. The rooms are adequately spacious and have everything you need. The hot water is really nice. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts everyday from 6-10am. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
