Friendly and accommodating staff who treat you as though you are their top priority to serve. Clean and spacious rooms that smell fresh. Easy, free parking, and the location is close to ECU. The hot breakfast is by far the most plentiful I've seen at a Holiday Inn and their 24/7 coffee machine was so helpful when had to wake up early after a long night of travel. Will definitely stay here again and, based on our experience with this hotel, we sought out other Holiday Inn Express hotels in NC during the rest of our trip.

My wife and I had to come to Greenville for her to attend the bridal shower. I tend to lean towards staying at the Holiday Inn Express brand of hotels due to the consistency and the breakfast (love those cinnamon buns). The location of the property was very convenient, and the layout was nice. It had a large, open lobby area. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean, quiet, and appeared to be well maintained. The only odd part was the room we were in backed up against the elevator. We did not really hear that as much as it seemed to be a fairly consistent sound of water flowing in the wall. I even asked the maintenance guy if their laundry was on a floor above us and why. I had a wedding that weekend and needed to check in early to attend an event and they were happy to accommodate me. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly. Everyone I saw asked if we needed anything. I have stayed in this hotel in the past, so this is why I chose to stay here again. I am, however, disappointed that they are no longer pet friendly.

My room was very clean. I got the handicapped accessible room so that was good. Arian and Dee Dee were very nice. Every time I came to the front desk they knew exactly what I was there for. This experience at Holiday Inn Express was perfect. I truly enjoyed myself.

The complimentary breakfast was among the very best, a standout. The Breakfast area was very neat and very clean. There were very good food choices, it was very well presented, and very good in general. The breakfast staff is to be commended. ||The location is convenient. The room was clean.
