Holiday Inn Express Fayetteville - Fort Bragg by IHG

We booked this hotel for a last-minute trip and stayed four nights. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered lots of choices each day, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.

Location was okay. The amenities were poor. The actual room was comfortable, if understocked (no coffee maker, no cups) the coffee on the first floor was terrible. The machines were set to make thin tasteless coffee, there were only synthetic creamers available and the morning breakfast was poorly done an not close to the standard I expect. No water ir any benefits werw offered to a gold member. Finally the wireless could not support any streaming services. ||Uf you just want a clean bed this will work, just don't expect anything else

Excellent stay at this hotel. The property was extremely clean, well maintained, and very modern. Breakfast each morning was VERY good for an IHG hotel each morning. I ended up leaving a day early to avoid the incoming snow storm and the staff didn’t even charge me for my last day even though I had it booked. If you ever need a hotel in the area, you’re doing yourself a disservice if you aren’t booking with this location

Positive: Pretty new with modern design. Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Negative: The included breakfast was just a paper bag / to-go affair. I guess renovations are still happening so the regular b-fast service is not yet available.

I’m very thankful I stayed here, even though the name “Express” didn’t quite align with my long-term needs. What truly made my stay so pleasant was the hotel’s staff. I experienced an unfortunate and unforeseen situation one night around midnight, and within minutes, nearly everyone—from the hotel owners to the managers and other staff members—showed up to address the issue. Beyond their friendly and welcoming demeanor, this response highlighted something even more meaningful to me: every member of the staff is fully bought in and takes real ownership of their roles and responsibilities. I was accommodated, of course, and the situation was resolved, but what stood out most was how many people were involved and how, even days later, they continued to follow up with me on the details.
