Holiday Inn Express Baltimore at the Stadiums by IHG

The front desk staff are excellent. At check in, there was a desk agent that was so sweet, I was convinced that she was made of sugar. What a refreshing experience. Upon check out, a man accompanied by a housekeeper, chatted me up as I began my departure process. Both were extremely nice people. Overall I'd say it was a great experience. The overall hotel was clean, as well as my room. I must say that the customer service was the highlight of my visit. When you have a staff that exercises stellar customer service, you can rest assured that if anything happens during your stay, they'd be happy to accommodate to make sure your visit is a decent one. Great employees at this hotel! They get 5☆

Stayed here pre cruise. Gated 15.00 parking, right next door to horseshoe casino. Free breakfast, eating area updated clean, great breakfast food and really good coffee. Very updated and clean hotel common area, the room was also very updated, huge tv, fridge, microwave, comfortable bed. The bathroom was pretty small ( not an issue for us) but it was also super nice. There wasn't one person who works there that I ran into that wasn't anything less than extremely pleasant. I didn't get any further than the casino so I don't know what all is walkable but there's 2 gas stations convince stores right across the street. I have a couple cruises booked, I will 100% stay here again

Whereas the hotel had been a previous selection for myself and group I traveled with in the past, and the check-in staff were fairly decent, I and a good number of others were less than pleased with the lack of professionalism by the marketing agent/ contact. I was very disappointed in the treatment once it was confirmed that I had prepaid.

We stayed 2 nights because our cruise ship was delayed coming to the port due to bad weather. Marlo was nice when we checked in and out. Also big shout out to McKenzie Cole for all the accommodations even with a full hotel. He was super friendly and polite. Good stay. Represents to company well! He even took our picture!
