Holiday Inn Express Atlanta NE - I-85 Clairmont by IHG

I don’t usually write reviews but this place earned it. The breakfast was 10/10. Pancakes, omelets, two different sausages, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, cinnamon rolls and tons more. They had everything. When it comes to the room, it could use some actual repairs instead of patch work but it really wasn’t that bad. Especially for the price. The staff was over the top. Extremely friendly. Everything was very well kept and clean. I would recommend/stay here again!

My stay at this hotel was a 10/10. The staff including Gerald , Brian , aneisha at the front desk were stars . They were efficient, accommodating, respectful and helped me with any questions and concerns . Jamie , verinka & housekeeping did a great job as well . I literally have no complaints and I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a great rate & great personnel. I will be staying here every time I’m visiting Atlanta . It felt like home away from home . Breakfast was very well put together , they had a business work area and the lobby looked great . Really nice presentation. My room was so clean , no complaints there at all . The rate was perfect and because I’m a member which is really important one of my nights were secured with my points ! So sign up . room was nice, clean, and serviceable. unfortunately, breakfast was more than 40 minutes late. as we had plans, like most people, this essentially removed an advertised amenity from the stay. we specifically selected this hotel for the advertised breakfast, and we were let down.

The room was great, and the housekeeping was great. The staff was very professional, and I was pleased they recognized me as a IHG member. I did get sick after breakfast one morning. Not sure why, but I felt fine prior to breakfast. Overall, it was a good stay. Yes, I would stay here again. It met all of my needs.

Great customer service, the staff was great. Clean, smells good, great breakfast 😋 housekeeping was awesome. Just overall good stay I would definitely recommend
