Customer Reviews
We arrived late at night after a long day on the road and were welcomed with exceptional hospitality from Lorence at the front desk. He was warm, approachable, and his friendly smile truly brightened our evening. For the points we redeemed, the hotel offered an average value. The room felt quite dated—the bathroom faucet was dripping with water and I had difficulty shutting it down. The suite furnitures and sofa were old, and the carpet had noticeable stains. It’s definitely not a newer property. We did appreciate the convenient location right off the freeway. However, considering the number of points required, I could have chosen a newer hotel in the area, so I don’t plan to stay here again in the future.
Positive: Dated but clean rooms, linens and common areas. Loved the space and layout of the suite. Parking was easy. Negative: The lamps were both broken in our room and the hotel needs a facelift, it’s dated and showing wear. No free breakfast and buffet was 13$. Rooms are dark and AC took forever to cool two degrees.
I've worked for Holiday Inn, so I have a bit of a critical eye but I he hotel is generally what you expect and is a good place to stay; I recommend an IHG hotel wherever I go. However, this one did have some points that I found important to bring up. The breakfast seemed inadequate for $13 for looks to be the equivalent of a Holiday Inn Express breakfast is a little cheeky and I don't appreciate that. Also, the room did seem to be a little tired but was clean; it might need a little bit of a facelift in a couple of years here. Overall, it's a good stopover and the price was decent for the neighborhood, and it was convenient to get around to the other parts of Colombia.
We were on our way to visit family and stopped for the night. The TV remote was not working properly and although the maintenance man attempted to assist, he was unable to get the remote to work properly. We decided, for o e night, we could deal with it. My husband then went to take a shower. When the tub would not drain, he attempted to lift the drain ok g, which came all the way out. Inside the drain was full of sludge and hair. We immediately packed our belongings and checked out, while requesting a full refund.
Our group traveled with bikes, Charles the maintenance tech hooked us up with water to clean the bikes and allowed us to store them in the conference room. Thanks to he, Ali the manager and Sandra the bartender, we had a great stay. They were more than accommodating.
