Holiday Hill Resort

We LOVED this Sautatuck motel on the dune side of the river. The suite was absolutely lovely with a view of the river and town. So quiet, peaceful, and clean. The bed was comfortable. The coffee from Uncommon Grounds was a lovely touch. The shower and water pressure was great. We love that this motel has been in the family for so many years. The Beachwood staff checking us in were delightful and helpful. Parking on the steep drive can be tricky with 3 cars up there. Using the Beachwood parking is much easier if you're able to walk uphill a bit. One option is to drive up and drop your stuff and then back down and park. Will stay again for sure!

Fantastic stay. I was here with a group of friends over Labor Day weekend. It was such a fun time, and everyone treated us so well. The rooms and guest houses have a wonderful charm. Everything was super clean. They pool areas were equally clean and inviting. BBQ areas were a great addition. It was easy to hop on the chain-ferry arcoss the river to the very lively center of town.

I spent last week with 2 lifelong friends at your establishment. The view was great, the rooms were all comfortable and it was one of the most immaculately clean places I’ve ever seen. The furniture was relaxing and the kitchen had everything you need. We used the luggage carrier upon arrival- see pictures- we so enjoyed our stay. Saugatuck did not disappoint - enjoyed the shops and restaurants.

Really a nice suite. Well decorated and appointed. Everything was spotless in the room as well as the grounds. We were only there one night but enjoyed the pool and having a balcony. The location is great. Parking at the top is a bit of a challenge, but doable! The kitchen is very well stocked. Though we didn't use the ferry, it was right outside the door. We enjoyed our night!

I already miss waking up and enjoying a delicious cup of coffee made from your Holiday Hill beans while looking out over the river.
