For reference I usually find hotels with a few reviews re: cleanliness to still be just fine. Not the case here. Do not recommend unless you're willing to gamble (in which case save money and stay cheaper...) There were two dirty rags hanging in the bathroom when we arrived and the shower curtain was filthy. The rest of the room seemed clean but I had no confidence when something that obvious was missed. I should have taken pictures but we were trying not to think too hard about it at the time. Since we were only there for one night and tired, we stuck around and didn't bug the staff. Pillows were half sized kind throw pillow sized which was odd but they were functional. The a/c was okay as long as it doesn't was set to a way lower temperature than your expect to need. Number did not m
Pros: Hotel lobby was very nice and the dining area was very clean. All of the employees at the front desk and in the dining area are extremely polite and helpful. Food was checked on several times by attendants while we were eating breakfast. Cons: Room could use the carpet cleaned or replaced. The hot tub was clear but two days later, it was murky and smelled funny. The pool has water dripping from the ceiling and rust falling into it from the beam above.
We stayed several nights at this hotel and it was ROUGH. They are doing significant construction on the interior of the hotel. Part way through our stay the elevators broke. They were unable to move us to the ground floor because they did not have a room that would fit us and all the others were under construction. They also had no one available to help us move our luggage from the third floor even if they had had another room available. The breakfast was really terrible. Seemed like everything was still partially frozen. Also during our stay they closed the pool without any warning. They also lied about how they were compensating us for the various inconveniences and did not actually provide the rewards points they said they would. This hotel is pretty rough and it doesn't seem like manag
ETA: Obviously the hotel management couldn't care less since their reply was a copy/paste to someone named Kevin, not me, and this review wasn't generated as part of their survey. Avoid this place, they can't even pretend to care. This manager isn't someone I recognize and obviously they need to be replaced. Original review: I gave the hotel over a month to make things right or offer something since my stay, and since they didn't, here's the review. I've stayed at Best Westerns 25+ nights this year and have been staying at this one specifically for years. When I stayed the last week of September, it was the worst experience. At check in, there were bright yellow stains all over my bedding - I had to take the items to the housekeeping area to be exchanged and remake my own bed. The next mo
Good hotel choice in area for the price... But, breakfast was inconsistent in offerings. Rooms need more or bigger pillows, beds are very firm (lacks support for bad back). Overall it was a clean and nice place but rooms were slightly dated. The front desk associates tried very hard to accommodate my odd requests and gave wonderful restaurant recommendations. On our last day all 4 of our (2 rooms) room keys stopped working and guy at front desk (only saw him that one day, out of 3 day stay) didn't act like he cared much when I questioned why they weren't working if we had our do not disturb tags out (housekeeping shouldn't have been in there)... but later discovered those keys might need recode after 3 days... he didn't explain that (had to research it), but made me uncomfortable at the ti
