After staying here in the past, they finally have begun remodeling a lot of their units. And I have to say it's a world of difference, looks 10 times better and things actually work. The indoor pool area was very comfortable and enjoyable. Check in was fast and easy. Plus, they have mini golf, a rec room, and activities center. (Didn't use those) Overall, was very impressed.

Resort ok. Beds comfy. Amenities fee is outrageous. $196 for the week and indoor hottub was closed for cleaning. Didn't use any amenities! Rip off! Kitchen equipment is sparse--if you cook better bring your own skillets and pans. Ok place to stay while enjoying the area and restaurants. Timeshare pitch was easy and $300 offer came in handy.

Definitely one of those places that makes you feel like they are doing you a favor checking you in, then they try to sell you on going to a timeshare meeting. The carpet is so disgusting I would advise bringing dark socks to walk around in, the walls are paper thin, we listened to the upstairs tenants chase around a kid till he must have passed out at midnight. It’s a good size but that’s about the only positive, would prefer something smaller that feels clean.

Positive: It had enough space for a quick weekend getaway. Negative: You can tell they're in the process of remodeling. We got an older unit. I know timeshare owners have priority.

Had a very pleasant two day stay here recently when doing a trip to Busch Gardens Williamsburg. For less than the price of many hotels we got a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with full kitchen. The beds were comfortable and they used full sized comfortable pillows. TVs and cable selection was adequate and the WiFi was fine, plenty fast enough to play an MMORPG. If you plan to do cooking I strongly encourage you to pack a few pieces of cookware if you can. Our unit had no measuring spoons, no frying pan and no pots but oddly enough did have some casserole dishes and bakeware. Things like cooking spoons and spatulas were in short supply. It's not a deal breaker or anything but you should plan accordingly. DON'T get anything but a ground floor unit if you are remotely mobility impaired. The st
