Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas

Spent the weekend in the villas for a bachelorette trip. Villas were super nice, spacious, clean and recently renovated. Would highly recommend for a group of 6-7 people! The staff was welcoming, nice, and attentive to our requests. Location was super central and close to all the restaurants. Would definitely come back!

Location is great for us. Easy access to hikes and trails and shopping. We had our room serviced and got no towels.......interesting. The staff cleaning, super friendly....the front staff would use a couple more classes in customer service

I was very impressed with the Customer Service at this Hilton. Specifically Lori Boyd she helped me at the front desk with printing several times throughout my conference. Overall, the food and hospitality at this location were excellent. I travel to many conferences and I felt this was a far above average. All the food was delicious and they catered to our healthy needs. The staff all seem to be in a good mood and I always take that as a good sign :-)

Positive: Pool area nice. Live music on Friday night was nice. Great staff Negative: Good place, just not super nice. Bathtub and shower curtain is somewhat low end for the price charged. Tax and resort fee boosted price almost $100 per night.

A group of 7 women spent a weekend in the villas. The rooms were great, recently renovated, clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the positives stopped there. The pool bar was closed near the villas so we had to walk to the main resort. We could handle that but sadly the service was terrible. It took 40+ minutes for our drinks. We decided to go directly to the bar to order and were told that drinks ordered at the bar would take 30 minutes. WHAT??? How is that possible? There were only 20 guests in the pool area. We found out there was a conference and the 1bartender and 1 server at the pool were responsible for all guests including the ones inside at the conference.
