Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites

Such a lovely experience here! The staff were so helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and the room facing the falls was amazing! We had such a good view. Love that we could walk to the casino area through the tunnel and shop around! The pool was awesome! Super clean and the water was a great temperature and the hot tub was nice and hot! Only bummer was the family pool and splash pad wasn’t open, not sure why!

Location was perfect and the view was amazing. However waited a long time to check-in, room was like a furnace, even with the vent open. The carpet was crispy to walk, the beds kept moving away from the wall and there was a precarious brown mark on the ceiling. The room definitely needed maintainence.The staff at the desk were nice.

We stayed 2 nights in December for a family girls trip. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. However we booked a Canadian Fallsview room and basically had a view of the American falls and a Casino. The room was very nice, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Check in was easy and well organized. We had no issues at all with the Elevators. The staff were helpful and very nice. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to the Falls!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The view from the window overlooking Niagara Falls was absolutely breathtaking and definitely the highlight of our trip. Waking up and falling asleep with such a view was an unforgettable experience. The service was excellent and very welcoming. At the front desk, we were assisted by Joseph — he was fast, professional, and extremely helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. We also ordered dinner to our room. The total for two people was just over $100, and the food was very delicious. The prices felt very reasonable considering the portion sizes and the quality of the food. We really enjoyed the view and our room. The acess to restaurants and the casino while being able yo stay inside are particularly attractive for us because we chose to visit in February. Our room was clean upon arrival and the jacuzzi was great ! We were in a newly renovated room on the 47th floor. It was nice to see the updates done but the workmanship could have been better which is disappointing since it could have been amazing instead of just "nice". I will also say , in February we chose to turn the thermostat off and it was still too hott in the room. Parking is expensive but if a person chooses to spemd time in the casino the parking can be lessened through the membership program. We made it down to see the falls this time aswell which was via the lift service outside the fallsvi
