Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis/O'Fallon MO

Our stay was great from the start. The front desk was extremely helpful and made great suggestions for dining. We ate at the hotel restaurant. The hamburger and chicken wings were great. Our room was clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was warm and great size for our kids. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

We have stayed here three times in the past seven months. September 2024. January 2025. And now March 2025. It used to be a really nice and clean three star hotel, but over the past six months has seriously gone downhill. There are major maintenance issues. Our toilet has run constantly in the past two rooms we have stayed in. This time we arrived and none of the lights in the room worked, and many of the outlets didn’t work either. When we called to tell the front desk that the task lighting on either side of the bed wasn’t working, they said they knew but were having issues getting a backordered part. Housekeeping never refreshed our room. Won’t stay here again!

Great location. Nice being next to Bristol’s. Alyssa and Shantel were very helpful and good. The young woman that worked the restaurant was also excellent. Very good hotel if you have a dog. Good grass area and walk area. Good value hotel.

Friendly staff. Location was perfect for the wedding and reception that we needed to go to. There was a mix up in rooms but the receptionist took care of it right away. Lobby smelt amazing but when you go the hallways where the rooms are there are some weird/off putting smells. Rooms are decent for price. Everything is just outdated and looks very used/word down (from the bedding to the bathrooms).
