Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale Old Town

Arrived with no reservation. Was immediately informed that it wasn’t a problem and she would let me know what was available. I Was given a room for 3 nights with no issues. Very friendly and extremely professional. Rooms comfortable and clean. Hotel grounds are very spacious with plenty of room to enjoy pool and relax time with an extensive outdoor environment. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Front desk, cleaning staff and maintenance staff all pleasant. Located walking distance to Old Town. Would highly recommended this property.

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale Old Town on January 1, 2026, after leaving an unsafe situation with my 10-year-old son and urgently needing a safe place for the night. We did stay at the hotel on a separate booking, and the property itself was clean, quiet, and physically safe.||What was deeply upsetting was how the situation was handled by management and corporate afterward.||Due to the stress and urgency of fleeing an unsafe situation with a child, I accidentally booked a reservation for the wrong date through a third-party site. I realized the mistake immediately upon arrival, cancelled it right away, and contacted the booking company from the hotel that same night. Because my child’s safety was the priority and we could not leave, I paid again for the correct night and stayed.

Great location. I live locally and came here for a weekend party. Room was sub par for the price. Again, great location. Not going to get picky, although I could. One pet peeve of mine is the way a room smells. And our room smelled bad, like sewer smell bad. Being on the first floor couldn't even crack the window. The staff was friendly, accommodating. You can tell the hotel gets a lot of traffic. For a Hilton it's definitely on the tired side.

I had an exceptional stay at Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale Old Town, and I want to give special recognition to Mach at the front desk for his outstanding service. Mach is incredibly well-informed, genuinely passionate about his work, and truly dedicated to making sure every guest feels comfortable and cared for. From the moment I arrived, he anticipated my needs, paid close attention to every detail, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and relaxing. His professionalism, warmth, and consistency made a real difference and turned a great hotel into an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this hotel, and especially Mach, to anyone visiting Scottsdale and looking for truly outstanding service.
