Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale North/Perimeter Center

We recently hosted a three-day team off-site at the Hilton Garden Inn in Scottsdale and had a great experience from start to finish. Abigail and Dave were fantastic to work with and did an excellent job coordinating and organizing all aspects of our meeting. Their support made the planning process smooth and stress-free. The food and service throughout the event were consistently good, and the hotel itself was perfectly adequate for our needs. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made for a pleasant stay for the entire team. It’s also in a great location in Scottsdale. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely use this hotel again for a future team meeting.

This hotel has possibly the best customer service that I have ever experienced. The staff are incredibly friendly and I couldn’t find my wedding ring in my room, the leadership team truly went above and beyond to help me find it. The rooms are nothing special, but they do have a refrigerator and microwave, which I really appreciate. There is also a pool and a small putt putt course. There is a breakfast buffet for $18. That is nothing special, but includes eggs, bacon, potatoes, and plenty of fruit and other things. There is a gym that is basic, but still nice to have The only downside to the hotel is it it’s not really walking distance to much of anything.

The room was clean, tidy, and quiet even though the windows looked put to the carpark. The location was convenient. I mean, you can't realistically ask any more than that, can you? The service went above and beyond. Truly. They could not have been nicer or more accompdating. I know this is quite a lot of names, but in my 4 day stay I can honestly say I had 'conversations' with all of them. In no particular order -Tim / Deb / Noah / Tony / Dan / Yvonne / Deshawn (I've probably butchered the spelling...sorry about that 😬) Thank you and well done everyone!

Amazing staff. Very helpful and the bar tender/kitchen guys are excellent. Made me feel super welcome. Just be prepared to buy all breakfast and dinner. None of it is on the house. Thanks to the very nice older gentleman at the front desk too. He was so attentive and was quick to take care of the dead bobcat out front. 😬 I'll be staying again if I ever travel that way again for business.
