My best friend and I went up for our 60th. We found the location so accessible to taxis and great food. It is in the floral district so we did a little holiday shopping for ribbons. The rooms were clean and we felt very safe. They have a great car service to the airport. The exceptional service came when I left my AirPod in the room. They recovered it and mailed it back to me to Georgia. Great service!

If you work in a hotel, you need to drop the New York attitude. This is an industry where upwards of 70% of your clientele are from out of state, so I don't understand what being a jerk is doing for you. You need to assert your dominance as a local to strangers at your place of work where you're paid to be there? Get a hobby, or at least a different job. Check-in: greeted flatly with lack of direction for what we needed to do for the process to be as smooth/quick as possible. I tried to bring our bags around (they have a side access to the front desk past the "store") because we were leaving them until the room was ready: "You need to go back around to the front, he's coming to get them." Like girl, okay, my bad. It was little interactions like this throughout the entire check-in process

We had the best experience at this Hilton! It was a convenient location to everything- walking distance to a lot and a quick block to the subway. We felt safe here during all hours. Our room was old, but comfortable and clean. We paid more for a higher city view and it was absolutely worth the splurge. The staff were friendly and helpful, but we didn’t really needed anything. I will 100% stay here again! They conveniently held onto our luggage on our travel days so we could still explore the city without hauling our luggage around (shoutout Sam and Mikhail for being so friendly and helpful with stuff!)

Giving it three stars for the location! Cant really be beat, you can walk 5-10 mins to several train stations and head in just about any direction you want. I walked to Times Square and back quite a few times during my 5 night stay. Nearby train also takes you straight to Central Park (I went to attend the Macys Thanksgiving Parade) only a few stops away. I did Not eat breakfast here, so many negative reviews on it so why even bother when I can just get a classic NY bagel at Bagel & Schmear down by Park Ave? The beds / pillows really were just OK - cleanliness also needs to be better. It’s not a horrible stay, but if you need a “GREAT” bed or “SPOTLESS” this isn’t the place for you. I also wouldn’t overpay to stay here, the Courtyard by Marriott 2 blocks up has GREAT beds I slept amazing a
