I planned a five-day stay to celebrate my honeymoon with my fiancé, and it was honestly amazing. If there’s any hotel I’d recommend staying at in the city, close to all our favorite places, it’s this one. They only charge a $100 per day deposit to your credit card, which you get back after checking out. They were sweet enough to decorate our room SO beautifully, and on top of that, they gave us the nicest view they had available due to the special occasion. We also had to extend our stay last minute due to the blizzard since our flight kept getting canceled, and they were incredibly accommodating. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff was amazing — I wish I had gotten their names because they were all so sweet. Room service was great as well; the ladies and gentlemen were super
We read reviews about the elevators before our stay, and they were accurate, except that all three elevators were working when we were there. We had to wait a long time each time we used them. They’re also very small, which made it difficult when carrying luggage or when other guests were using them too. Many people had to let elevators pass due to being full of other guests. There is literally a sign in the hallways next to the elevator call button that says “please allow additional time during peek hours”||-Our first room on the 5th floor had several issues. There were hairs on the bathroom floor, and the floor had dirty shoe prints (like it had been mopped and then walked on before it dried). One of the beds had a corner that was literally soaking wet. We called the front desk and were
Hotel was fine for what we needed but there's probably better options to be honest ...Negative - We had multiple problems including the room we booked not being available the first night somehow ?? ... not sure how that makes sense when we had already booked it ... but anyway we just needed a place to sleep and leave our things and use as a base whilst we explored NYC so it didn't bother us too much. We had multiple issues with the air conditioning not working and stayed in 3 rooms during our 5 day stay ... The maintenence guy "Zenon" was AMAZING and was just so genuine , helpful and friendly and he is a credit to that hotel. He was the highlight of the hotel and I hope he gets some recognition.Positives - The room(s) were very clean and felt very safe and a good size. Location was great t
This is an amazing hotel to stay at for anyone visiting New York for tourism or for work. We stayed in a double room for 5 nights on the 18th floor and the room was great. It’s a nice size and had everything that was needed. The beds and pillows were comfy, the heating was a big help with the cold weather and the bathroom was nice. The room itself was spotless and the reception staff were helpful with any requests and the cleaners did a great job. We also heard zero noise from other guests which was a nice surprise, however we were in a corner room. The only downside in the room was the sliding bathroom doors were awful considering it’s a double room and felt like it offered zero privacy. The only other bad part about the hotel (and I reckon most other people will agree)… the dreadful elev
Considering its prime Midtown Manhattan location, this hotel offers very good value for money. The room was surprisingly spacious for NYC standards and felt comfortable rather than cramped. Despite being close to the elevators, it was very quiet. Times Square and Central Park are both just a 4–5 minute walk away, and the hotel is easy to reach by public transport, making it a great base for sightseeing, Broadway shows, and exploring the city on foot. The front desk service was efficient and professional. The only real downside was the elevator situation. During our arrival, only one of three elevators was operating, leading to waiting times of up to 15 minutes, and we even took the stairs down from the 17th floor once. That said, the hotel handled this issue surprisingly well: complimentar
