Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South

Have you ever had that hotel experience where you think: I don’t think things are gonna go well, but I’m so excited to be in the city. Here’s the deal, I paid about $230 for one night as the best money I’ve spent on a hotel in years. First of all the front desk staff they were so nice and so accommodating; I saw a review saying the room is small and if you’re from Iowa, I would imagine it is, but if you are visiting in New York, this is amazing. I haven’t spoken with the general manager if I got the opportunity to do so, I would tell them how fantastic their stuff was. Anyway, there’s a lot of hotels you can choose but this seemed pretty affordable and pretty fantastic and very clean! Staff was lovely. I wish you well, New York is never easy, but this place makes it a lot easier.

We stayed here for 3 nights in December, and found it satisfactory. It was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a small shop on site and a restaurant (we didn't try it, but nice to know). It is well-situated close to Penn Station, so we found it easy to get around. We could walk easily to Times Square, Bryant Park, and to our Broadway show at night. Good value for money.

Came with my friend for a weekend trip to visit the city and see some shows. Our experience at the hotel was great. It was a great location, walking distance to many popular sites, including Times Square, Broadway, and Central Park. The hotel rooms were clean, and spacious (especially compared to how some rooms can be in the city). *All* the hotel staff were friendly, even those we just walked by cleaning or performing maintenance. We were always greeted by every one of them and told to have a great day. They seemed genuine and were very hospitable. The staff at the front desk were also very accommodating. My recent stay at the Hilton Times Square South was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. Not only was the check-in process flawless, but I was also graciously granted an early check-in, which was a huge convenience and a great example of pre-arrival accommodation. The staff at the front desk was highly courteous, and their warm hospitality set a welcoming tone for the entire trip. The guest room was a comfortable, clean, and well-appointed retreat. Its prime location is fantastic: being right by Madison Square Garden and Penn Station made accessing transit and city entertainment incredibly easy. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking both comfort and accessibility in New York City.
