Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square North

Came for a family vacation and every aspect from booking, to check in, to the room size and cleanliness was perfection. I had low expectations for NYC and this price point but holy smokes, this hotel is the deal you’re looking for an amazing location and overall accommodation. Nikky and Sam at the front desk had been rockstars. We were all checked in so quickly and they were so friendly. Santiago was also incredible during our stay. Great experience all around.

Great hotel stay during my business trip. Front desk staff were excellent and answered any questions that I had - also provided good restaurant recommendations that were within walking distance. Room was good, but my shower door never fully closed unless you wrench on it with a worrying amount of force. Bed was clean and comfortable, tv worked and the mini fridge was almost too good! The view did suck, but what can you expect if the hotel is full and they put you in a interior facing room, so you're staring at the neighbor between alley windows. More than functional room, just me being nit picky. Would definitely come by here again on a work trip.

Nikki, Santiago, Derrick and Diana were amazing front desk agents who were so professional, nice, excellent customer service, they were courteous and made sure me and my partner were check in promptly and answer all our questions without being annoyed. The hotel room. Was nice, upscale, close to time square, reasonable price, the staff was awesome, bathroom was clean and nice. We highly recommend! This hotel is a good option if you’re looking for an affordable and clean place to stay in Times Square. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk in manned 24 hours a day and the elevator requires a key to get upstairs. There’s a convenient grab and go market in the lobby and though it’s small, it’s well stocked with great options including full bottles of wine! The rooms are very small and ours was very dark. There was virtually no view other than the building next to us, but if you need a quiet place to rest, it’s perfect. The bedding is great, as expected from a Hilton. The room has a safe and a small fridge as well. Not very spacious but functional.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square North was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, both during the day and at night. Everything we needed was handled promptly and with genuine care. They also gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat, which made our experience even better. The room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location is amazing — close to everything. This was especially important for us since we were traveling with children. We truly loved our experience and will definitely consider this our home in NYC.
