Hilton Garden Inn New Braunfels

It can be a lot better. It’s not sound proof. Heard people stomping and running above me all night. The sheets and fields were dirty, the floor was dirty, and the TVs were outdated. You’re really paying for the convenience of location and not the value of the hotel. I would different stay again if the price is right but I would probably look to stay somewhere based off my experience. The workers were amazing and the best I have seen in a while. I stay at hotel every months due to personal travels and work related so this review is coming from my over all experience.

I want to thank Rosa at there front desk for vacuuming my room and bringing fresh towels after housekeeping had left. She was kind, jovial and attentive! Also, I want to thank Kyla, my waitress, for outstanding customer service for breakfast! Give her a raise! Also, the chef prepared a delicious omelet! The food selection and presentation was the best that I have experienced in any Hilton property for years! They even had cinnamon on the condiment island for oatmeal! This is a model of hospitality for all Hilton properties. Colossians 3:23-25

Very clean property. Nice landscaping, and parking is very good. Enough distance from the highway to miss most of the noise. Great breakfast offerings and friendly, polite, attentive breakfast staff. Nicely stocked pantry for purchase next to the front desk. Quick check in and out. Room was spacious and clean, with Hilton amenities.

You can tell remodeling was recent. Nice clean rooms. Good location near the highway and near stores. Breakfast staff was really friendly and helpful A++ to them. Some of the Front desks agents were nice, but lady working the night of 12.20 was not very nice or helpful when asking about amenities and breakfast inquiries. Regarding breakfast, I paid for the breakfast buffet which was OKAY - eggs were cold, not many options but solid enough. I would recommend that you skip breakfast here and just buy something nearby.

Positive: The room was clean and staff breakfast was great. Negative: I was deceived. Selected a king size bed at booking. At checkin, was told- had no kings & that hotel has no control when booking since it was done through a 3rd prty, 2nd RM bookd said it was two bedrooms at booking. Only to find it was two beds in one rm
