Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Northwest

Positive: It close to everything,all my business ventures.. where 12 minutes away from my hotel.. I was so pleased with that Negative: The fact that my sheets and comforter, were not up to par.. they dingy.. and that was my only hiccup that I experienced. And the front desk got taken care of immediately so I had an amazing stay.! and I will be back

The Hilton Garden Inn was a very beautiful hotel: from the chandeliers at the entrance to the chandeliers and furniture throughout the first floor. Each staff person was very attentive and kind. An unexpected emergency happened during my visit. As a result, I needed an extra day, and they were very accommodating. Gabby was very kind to me during my visit. There were other events happening in the hotel, but there was adequate space for everyone. The room provided very sound sleep because the hotel was built well. It is also in a perfect location to access the highway. It is a great hotel for business and leisure travel.

The hotel is lovely and spotless. Kassandra at the front desk was sweet and accommodating to my coffee needs (LOL, she hooked me up). We ordered food from the restaurant and took to our room, it was delicious and I didn't need to season anything. I had the grilled chicken and he had the Phillie Cheese Steak, I highly recommend both. The room was super clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. Huge TV with lots of options. The pool was a little cold (first world problems right?) and there isn't a hot tub even though it comes up as an amenity and is seen in photos, that's really my only negative thing. The breakfast was tasty and had lots of choices as well.

Tresa, the bartender, was such a peach! I will definitely remember her hospitality. We came in close to close and she was still kind, patient and made sure we were taken care of. As someone who loves getting to know new people, and have worked in hospitality myself, I loved learning about Tresa! She even made me the drink she calls “the Tresa” and it was delicious! Would definitely stay here again! I left a very satisfied customer:)

Pretty disappointed. I travel enough for business that I know the Hilton Garden Inn's. They're more expensive, but they're typically worth the extra $. Not this time. Good: always friendly front desk and kitchen staff. Breakfast was very good. The rooms are decent. Bad: They told me from the jump that they clean every other day. With a 5 night stay, no biggie. But to find stains on the toilet seat...gross. The cleaning staff accidentally hid the remote after cleaning as well. Had to go back downstairs after getting into bed that night to sleep once I found out I didn't have a remote. Overall, not horrible, but not worth $200+/night.
