Hilton Garden Inn Harrisburg East

The whole experience was great. Staff super friendly, especially Ryan & the chef. Everything was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Hilton Garden Inn Harrisburg East was the perfect choice for our short stay. We traveled with our grandchildren (7, 5, and 3 years old), and they had so much fun in the pool. The next day we went to Hersheypark, only about a 15-minute drive away—super convenient!||The hotel was just right for the occasion: clean rooms, very friendly staff, and the pool was ideal for the kids to enjoy and relax. Highly recommend for families visiting the area.

As a Hilton Honors member, I chose this hotel for my stay, and it did not disappoint. The room was great; I got work done and out of the way in a nicely quiet corner room and the front desk guy was very friendly. The only 2 issues I had was that the **continental breakfast wasn’t included** in the price of my stay and I while I was parked directly in the back last night by the Pool entrance I was trying to use my digital entry key on the mobile app it didn’t work, so I called the front desk and spoke with Ellen who told me she would call maintenance to open the door, Standing outside in the Brisk of Cold I called back 3 minutes later to ask to get in and Ellen told me to walk around to the front. To be so insensitive and non-understanding that it was very very cold out last evening I waite

I have stayed at many hotels 5 star and 3 star this Hilton garden is the best ! My family and I felt so comfortable right at home. The staff is very attentive and hard working . The set up is great out door seating that was very comfortable. The restaurant made an awesome cheesesteak and so quick at 8 pm at night/ the place is kept very clean and this is the type of hospitality that other hotels should learn from and fair pricing in time that the industry is over charging everyone . Great Job guys!

I recommend this hotel!! Cleanliness is my top priority and it was very clean. Staff was friendly at desk and helpful at breakfast. Breakfast was fully stocked constant. Nice and quiet location. We didn’t get to the pool day we checked out they were cleaning but it looked nice. Nice addition was to have an option for constant fan and nightlight for the kids. We will be staying again. Reason 4/5 for room the refrigerator didn’t work and no lock on bathroom door. Great hotel!!
