Hilton Garden Inn Denver Airport

We stayed there when our flight was canceled to dallas. The hotel was clean and well lite. They wouldn’t let us check in 15 mins early, I guess it doesn’t matter if you’re a priority member. Kit was a nice room, clean pillows never are good traveling. We played domino on the big white table and brought our own snacks and had drinks from the bar. Fun killing time with friends. We ate at Ted’s. It was fabulous, try the onion rings and a buffalo steak. Would stay there again. Priced right.

Positive: It was clean and comfortable. Negative: It took a really long time to get checked in. I picked this hotel for the free shuttle service to the airport, but we had to pay for a Lyft because all the spots were taken for the time we needed. They have only one shuttle per hour.

The rooms are pretty standard for a Hilton, functional and comfortable. We enjoyed the zero percent products in the shower. The desk was polite and helpful. The gym is also decently passable, with a variety of workout equipment. The lobby was comfortable and clean. Where the hotel fails is the pool, it looks quite unkempt, and was in bad need of repairs. The temperature was ice cold, the wall lining was crumbling with a pile of plaster on the pool bottom. It is suspect whether or not the pool filter system was even on. Although I have seen worse I expected better when carrying the Hilton name.

Hello, staying one night at the hotel, we came down to the bar to order some food and have a couple of drinks and was happy watching football. Bartender a lil busy with a few people over at the bar, (5 in the group )cashing them out and then talking w co workers. Gave him our order and said to him purposefully |I hate it when you don’t write down an order…|So our order was buffalo wings, and then a soup. Then for our dinner, I wanted the meatball appetizer and he wanted a French dip. So our order comes out of a soup, and then my French dip and meatball thing and no wings. And I said to him please I want our appetizer in our soup first and then our dinner together, he was cool with it but no, that’s not how it came out. With clean rooms and a convenient location, I wanted to give this hotel a better review. My favorite aspect of the stay was the fitness center. It was spacious, with 6 cardio machines, a cable machine, dumbbells, and kettlebells. One of the elevators was down for the duration of my stay. Not a huge deal, but looking through other reviews, it seems that it has been out for a while, which starts to feel neglectful. I had some issues with the staff as well. They were a bit rude at check in. At one point, the water was out in the fitness center. Not a big deal, I was in there at 5 am, and it was quickly refilled, so they get a plus there. The water fountain in the lobby was flashing to replace the filter. When I reported the issue, they had maintenance turn off the light. People refilling thei
