Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown

Above and beyond service. My flight got cancelled and could have not been placed in a better location. The amenities were top notch with a variety of workout equipment and a great pool. The in house restaurant was amazing and staffed well. Great location!

First of all: service is 5 stars, everyone is friendly and they address anything you need quickly. The gym and the pool are 5 stars too, pool is clean, and the gym has new equipment. Location is perfect. Taking 2 stars out of 5 due to aging furniture, no hot coffee offered after 10am, the hotel market corner was poorly stocked. And the killer: water pressure in the shower was too weak. I didn’t bother to complain at the front desk even though I was sure the staff would handle it because it was a quick stay and I didn’t want to bother waiting for technical assistance or changing rooms. Management is doing a poor job, the staff is saving the place from being a roadside hotel with a fancy brand.

Spent three days here for a hockey game, theater, and sightseeing. Great location on the light rail (free in downtown zone) near arena, theaters, restaurants. Breakfast in Grille reasonable and good. Dinner also available, along with bar Happy Hour. Basic but good menu.||Rates good, but room rate for a Sunday when Bills in town 2X+, as expected.||Some of the furnishings in hotel (upholstery in restaurant) could use a refresh.

Positive: Location convenient to downtown Negative: No vending on floors - all through front desk

The staff was nice. The bed was not comfortable which is surprising for Hilton. Pillows were a nightmare for support. Felt i was sleeping without a pillow even though I had two under my head. Pillows had zero support.
