Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore/White Marsh

Check in was pleasant. However once I made it in the room, I was disgusted. There appeared to be poop on the walls. Speaking of the walls, they were peeling. The shower gel was empty and not refilled even after housekeeping serviced the room. The battery in the door died so I was unable to enter the room. Way to many shortages for a two night stay. Needless to say I will not be returning. Ever

I stay at this Hilton every January for about a week or so over the course of the last three years each time I stay, I’m always satisfied. The manager Jay is always very professional and Cindy has always been very kind to my kids. The rooms have always been very clean my children enjoy the pool while the adults enjoy the hot tub. the morning breakfast is always good and I can’t really say enough of how nice it is to stay at this hotel. It’s sincerely feels like a second home when we stay here the service is immaculate.

Positive: I always receive top tier customer service at this location. Negative: There was a lot a loud guests on the floor - loud kids screaming and slamming doors pretty late.

We booked this hotel after learning about some really negative feedback about our original choice... and we're so glad we did!| |Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. The general manager checked us in and you could see the pride she took in the property. Our room was amazing and clean. The pool and hottub were in very good condition. ||The reality is that this hotel is not brand new and does shows its age in a few spots. There are a few things that could use updating but overall the hotel is well-maintained, reasonably updated which provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. ||Our only complaint with the responsiveness of the staff is that we requested towels replaced and additional coffee pods (K-cups in rooms). Not a bad stay. Rooms are fairly clean. I booked a stay and a few days later went to rebook and when I arrived was told I couldn’t be checked in due to a note about me smoking in the room. They could check the cameras. Said a cigarette like smell was the issue but I don’t even smoke cigarettes. I definitely feel like discrimination is playing a part due to the demographic of the front desk staff.
